The Wrona Construction Process
Every project follows the same four phases. One team handles it all — design, permits, construction, and delivery.
Planning & Design
We start with an in-home consultation where we listen to your goals, walk your space, and take measurements. From there, our team develops a custom design tailored to your lifestyle and budget. We iterate on the design with you until every detail is right, then align on a final budget and sign a detailed proposal — so there are no surprises when work begins.
Site Prep & Demo
Once the proposal is signed, we pull all required permits from the township — we handle every submission, inspection scheduling, and follow-up. Before demolition begins, we communicate timelines with your neighbors, establish dust containment barriers to protect the rest of your home, and sequence demo work carefully to avoid damage to adjacent finishes or structure.
Construction & Installation
Our crew manages daily site operations, materials sequencing, and subcontractor coordination so the project stays on schedule. We use premium materials selected during the design phase, and our lead builder is on-site every day. Any change orders are documented in writing and approved by you before work proceeds — no verbal agreements, no surprise line items.
Final Walkthrough
Before we consider a project complete, we walk every square inch with you and address a detailed punch list. We don't close out until you sign off. After completion, you receive documentation of all warranty coverage — materials, labor, and systems — plus a scheduled post-completion check-in at 90 days to ensure everything is performing as expected.
